Right of withdrawal
You have the ability to change or return products that you have purchased online from our store. This feature presupposes that the returned products reach us in the original condition in which you received them (in a package that will protect them from damage), that they will not have any indication that they have been used, that the sales document will be included and that the change will be done within 14 days.

In order for the return to be acceptable, it must be checked and approved in accordance with the above.

You can return the products either by visiting our physical store (Pandrosou 57, Athens 105 55) or send them to us (at your own expense). Once we receive them and confirm their good condition, we will send you the products with which you wish to replace the original ones or if you wish, we will offset the value in your next order.

In case of new shipment after the change, there is a normal shipping charge.

Receipt of wrong product
In case of our mistake, the return is accepted if you notify us within a period not exceeding 3 working days. We fully undertake the replacement of the wrong product with the correct one with our own return and re-shipping costs.
